Her career includes 13 years as a geriatric nurse and 6 years as a Director of Nursing, giving her a rare dual perspective that blends advanced clinical expertise with high‑level operational leadership.

Anna holds a Master’s Degree in Nursing Administration and has extensive experience in Department of Health audits, falls and injury investigations, infection control oversight, and quality assurance programs. She is known for identifying subtle clinical red flags, deviations from standards of care, regulatory failures, and documentation inconsistencies that directly impact litigation outcomes.

As the founder of ART & Associates, Anna provides attorneys with clear, defensible, and clinically grounded analysis of complex medical records. Her work strengthens cases involving elder abuse, neglect, injury patterns, and wrongful injury. As a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant, she also has access to a national network of more than 3,500 nurse consultants and reputable medical experts, allowing her to connect attorneys with trusted professionals when testimony is required.
